Janet "JANE" Igah

"Styling is an artform, where we have the esteemed privilege of being illustrators to the book that fashion is writing." - JANE

I am Janet 'JANE' Igah a Nigerian-American born Fashion Stylist who got my nickname coined by my Husband while we were dating.  JANE grew into a brand of it's own as my career advanced as a key Stylist and Creative Director. Starting out as an assistant, I have been privileged to assist major stylists on the sets of Vogue Russia, Vogue Australia, Z!nk, Claire's Accessories, Dennis Basso MBFW, and Footwear Plus magazine.

With an ever-growing knowledge of the business, I am confident that I can contribute to the growth and creativity of any team. I am inspired by divine encounters, art, family, African  and popular Western culture, as well as a lot of Steven Meisel's photography. I admire the works of legendary stylists Lori Goldstein, Patti Wilson, Grace Coddington, and Katie Mossman as well as younger, but still established stylists like Sally Lyndley. With each new project I endeavor to push the envelope further than the last.

After working as the Style Editor at Raine Magazine for 4 years, I have since branched out to start a Contemporary + Luxury designer showroom in NYC and am a contributing editor to Slayed, Cool America, and Shoeholics magazines. I am currently working and living in New York City with my Husband and two Children.
